Managing Director
Stuart Douglas
With engineering & service delivery expertise, Stuart has previously led teams to deploy 2,000 chargers in the UK.
Focused on team development and engagement, Stuart drives the strategic growth across PoGo Charge.
When he’s not leading the team in driving sustainable mobility solutions, you might find him perfecting his golf swing or lending a hand to support local charitable events. Specialisations: Business Strategy, Customer Experience, Leadership.
Business Development Director
Tom Davies
With great experience in EV charging sales, Tom led a Key Accounts team to deliver £25m in revenue in 2022. As Business Development Director at PoGo, he drives growth and spearheads charging location pipeline. Tom’s team manage and lead the process of site acquisition from initial engagement all the way through to the site being ready for pre-construction to commence.
Tom’s a dynamic thinker, excelling in addressing industry challenges and sharing successful business strategies. In his spare time Tom has a keen interest in football and cricket and enjoys running. He loves pub quizzes, reading, traveling and attempting to cook (he’s much better at quizzing).

Greg Longden
Introducing Greg, our data-driven expert with an extensive background in energy trading.
A self-professed whizz at excel, growth and excellence are at the heart of Greg’s activities through data analytics and financial modelling. As PoGo’s commercial and operations lead, his methodical approach to problem-solving drives strategic decision-making and contract reviews.
Immersed in sports and thrilling adventures, he’s not just excelling in data analytics but also in his sporting ventures. From previously competing in Modern Pentathlon at the Youth Olympic Games to then pursuing his passion for competitive skiing at university. More recently he has tackled Ironman triathlons, Greg’s passion for sports knows no bounds! On weekends, he enjoys a change of pace by taking on the greens with his newly acquired love for golf.
Operations Director
Dan O’Boyle
Bringing more than 15 years’ experience within the battery and automotive engineering industries.
Dan is responsible for pre-construction, construction, design, network management, supply chain, and procurement for all future installations, as well as their ongoing performance. He works closely with the wider commercial team to realise efficiencies of scale as the business continues to grow.

Danielle Cort
Danielle brings over four years of expertise in the EV sector to her role as Marketing Director at PoGo Charge. With a proven track record of leading dynamic teams to success in senior marketing positions, Dani is dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in all marketing endeavours.
When she’s not strategizing campaigns or optimising customer experiences, you can find Dani keeping fit through various gym classes and long runs. She’s also a devoted dog parent to her energetic puppy, Paddy.

Agne Jeri Donat
Agne Jeri Donat brings over seven years of experience in commercial property to her role as Head of Legal. With a background in private practice and a focus on renewable energy projects, Agne has led negotiations and delivered legal services for a variety of initiatives, including electric vehicle charging hubs, solar farms, and electric forecourts with Gridserve. Her pragmatic approach, deep understanding of legal intricacies, and ability to build rapport with stakeholders have earned her a reputation for excellence among her employers and clients. Agne brings great leadership and legal expertise to support the company in achieving our targets. On a personal level, she is proud to contribute to a cleaner future and looks forward to making a positive impact for future generations, including her daughter.

Tim Aris
Meet Tim, our dynamic Senior Pre-Construction Manager, merging expertise with sustainable innovation. With a strong foundation of 6 years in project management within the construction sector and 4 years specifically in large-scale modular construction, Tim is a seasoned expert. His proficiency extends to 2 years of successful delivery of EV infrastructure projects across both private and public sectors, including EV hubs. Thriving in fast-paced environments, he derives immense satisfaction from driving projects to their successful conclusions, all the while contributing to a greener and more sustainable future. Outside of work, he seeks exhilarating adventures, engaging in mountain bike enduro, skydiving, surfing, and “anything outdoors!”

Stephen Smith
Let’s meet Stephen, our Pre-Construction Manager with 9+ years of experience in Architecture and Project Management. Stephen excels in designing and planning EV hubs, deploying hundreds of ultra-rapid chargers nationwide. Prior to this, Stephen specialised in Service Stations; managing projects (value up to £10 million) from concept, through planning, tender and construction to a successful launch. Beyond work, Stephen stays active in the gym and enjoys walks with his Dachshund, Ned.
Senior Design Manager
Tom Crabbe
Introducing Tom, our Senior Design Manager with over 15 years of experience in Electrical Engineering. With a diverse background, Tom’s journey spans from independent electrical work for 6 years, including EV installations and solar farms, to maintaining complex networks within the Defence sector for 3 years. At PoGo, Tom channels this experience into meticulously crafting site designs that place emphasis on ensuring that every facet of the design aligns with the highest standards of security and user-friendly accessibility. His dedication to these aspects contributes to PoGo’s commitment to providing EV charging solutions that are not only efficient but also dependable and user centric. Beyond his professional endeavours, Tom is a dedicated Volunteer Helmsman for the RNLI on the Dorset Coast and a busy parent of two children.

Stephen Hughes
Stephen Hughes brings over 25 years of experience in operations to his role as Operations Manager at PoGo Charge. With a strong background in service operations and a keen focus on the UK-wide EV charging sector, Stephen has successfully led teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. His extensive experience and leadership skills make him a valuable asset to the PoGo team as we continue to expand our charging network and provide exceptional service to EV drivers. In his spare time Stephen passion lie with Formula 1, closely tracking the performances of Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton and even plans to travel to the Las Vegas GP in 2024.

With 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Anthony brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as Head of Construction at PoGo. Starting as an Apprentice Electrician, he transitioned into project management across Commercial, Industrial, and Retail sectors. In his previous role as Commercial Operations Manager at Pod Point, Anthony honed his skills in driving growth and maintaining exceptional customer experiences. Anthony is committed to achieving our network expansion targets and fostering a positive company culture.
